If you contacted the company in the manner that is requested - by submitting a ticket - then please provide us with that ticket number, so that we may investigate this issue and confirm action that was taken. Discount Mugs utilizes a ticket system for all customer service issues. This system has been highly effective in obtaining prompt responses to queries from hundreds of customers each day. Discount Mugs has had a track record of prompt and superior service toward their ever-increasing volume of customers worldwide. Like any company with continual increase volume, Discount Mugs will experience the usual hiccups along the way. This is not unusual, especially within the custom printing industry, as products do become out of stock, or a print job may need to be done over. That is the nature of this industry; After all, screen printing is more of an art form than a science, therefore this should not label a company a 'rip off'. We would hope that you took the time to read the company's policy - one that you agreed to abide by when placing your order - so as to fully comprehend certain limitations that exist in the printing process. While we are not aware of your particular order details, if you do wish us to pursue this issue at our end, please provide us with your ticket number, so that we may resolve any 'unresolved' issue that you may have had which prompted you to file this complaint in the first place. The BBB gives discountmugs.com a C+ rating, not A+, as they claim. If you actually cut and paste the link that Steven, the employee, gives you (http://www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Business/CompanyReportPage_Expository.aspx?CompanyID=30000319), you'll see the rating for yourself. You'll also see that 196 complaints have been filed against the company. I, personally, have a had the worst customer service experience of my life with this company. I have repeatedly gotten the run-around. "You didn't submit a ticket." "We responded to your ticket that we need more info." "You didn't submit the correct info." And finally, no response at all when I finally submitted everything they asked for. I would NEVER order anything from this company again.

This means we ship approx. 175,000 orders/year. There are times that personalized orders can be misprinted, misspelled, damaged in shipping......... In this case we work with our customers to redo & ship the orders at no charge. Also we have over 99% approval rating on all ship orders.
