Discount Spas Northwest - Pete Richmire rip-off! I paid for a hot tub, but they never delivered or refunded the money. I filed small claims. Rip-off! Lakewood Washington
We answered an ad in the Local newspaper for used Hot Tubs - Storage facility in Lakewood was place of business. Paid in full for a hot tub that was supposed to be delivered a week later. After several attempts to contact Mr Richmire, we received a letter in the mail claiming that he was going out of business and would refund our money the first of October, 2003. No mention of who the law firm was, not from the lawyer himself. No money was ever received. Filed in small claims - he did not show up. Taking next step. Urge anyone who has experience with this person contact local news media or local Prosecutor. Lets work together to get one more Scam Artist off the streets.
