Dish Network, Echostar ripoff and fraudulant practice of taking money from my checking account Littleton Colorado
I did this about a week ago and now i have to redo it again. I contacted dish networt/echostar about them taking money from my checking account without my knowing .i recieved an email from charles jones who works for them saying I would get the money back and below is the email he sent to me.

I researched your account and found that we disclosed to you upon ordering your DISH Network services on April 4, 2005, we let you know that your credit card would be charged for non-returned equipment. Additionally, our records indicate that we let you know that you were in a commitment and if you disconnected your services prior to the end of 12 consecutive months, you would be charged a cancellation fee. I have made an exception to remove this charge of $180.00.
I have sent boxes to your Jamestown address for you to return the equipment. A prepaid shipping label will be included. If it is not visible, please lift the lower flaps of the box as sometimes they slide underneath. I submitted refund for the charges, totaling $282.83, which should post to your bank in five to seven business days.
When a customer contacts DISH Network, the phone system automatically notates the time and the date the customer called. In looking over your account, the last notation of you contacting us was on May 11, 2005.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. If you have further questions, please let me know.

Well, i waited a few days and the money was actually returned to my checking account but, guess what happened after a few days ? THEY redid the whole thing again. i am now in the red for almost 300... I plan to make their lives hell one way or another. i am sending emails and emails and emails and posting my experience on anyplace i can. if i could, i would go to colorado and protest outside their office. I am on social security and this is going to cause me to not be able to go to the doctors this month. i will not be able to pay my bills either if they screw me over like this. UNFAIR , AND CREEPS .....AND LIARS TOO CONSIDERING THEY HAVE DONE IT AGAIN AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ALL SETTLED AND I SENT THE RECIEVERS BACK TO THEM. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN....
