It appears that both fell in the well orchestrated Dishnetwork scam. By reading your story, I can perfectly see the similarities. I never saw, signed or got a copy of the contract. After seven months of service, I noticed that Dishnetwork was systematically increasing the autopay on my credit card. I started calling to dishnework to no avail, and they kept referring to the "contract" at that point I questioned them to send me a copy of the contract. After 3 weeks of waiting, a copy of the contract finally arrived. I literally jump to the roof, when I noticed that someone had forged my signature, and disregard the criminal law by committing fraud (misdemeanor-felony) which is punishable by law with up to 3 years in jail. I have talked to [email protected], [email protected], supposely from the Executive Resolution Team (720) 514-8555 x71128 and [email protected]. As you can imagine, they are passing the bucket and no one wants to take responsibility by making amends or stop the fraud that is going on. They stated that since I signed out thru a retailer (Big Dog Satellite) they want the latter to correct the error and viceversa.
This message is for all the customers that have been taken advantage by Dishnetwork and their retailers, please contact me to bring legal action against these criminals and con-artist. If you are a a law enforcement personnel, please contact me as well.
And if you are a lawyers, please contact me too.
If you work for the Sacramento State Fair, please be aware that Dishnetwork is defrauding and misleading people into non-existing contracts that they fraudulently sign behind consumers back.
And for those staff members at Dishnetwork and Big Dog Satellite, I am putting you on notice. Sooner or later you'll be find out and be put in jail for fostering the fraud going on in your company.
You have the choice to stop it and abide the law. Consumers have rights, and I won't stop until justice is served.

Hello, my name is Becki Barned, with DISH Network. I do want to apologize for the frustration with this matter. We do not bundle servies with Charter, so there may have been some miscommunication when setting the services up. If you choose to cancel, becuase the commitment was signed, there would be a cancellation fee. I would be more than happy to look into this further for you. Please email me at [email protected]! Thank you!
