Dish charged my account $300 after I cancelled 3 month's prior still waiting on boxes to return equipment because drop off location is a "franchise" which is sketchy. When they haven't sent me a bill or amswer my questions. I have recieved nothing to inform me of this transaction or amounts nor dates. I have spoken with supervisors and they do nothing but state to me thats not their fault to bad you signed up for a cancellation fee when you got the services. I want my money refunded and to have a final bill to decide where my payment comes from and the amount at that time.
