Dish Network (Echostar Satellite) ripoff thieves Palatine Illinois
I have been a faithfull customer for about 3 years and always payed my bills on-time. I got a call from dish network stating they were going to cancel my account due to lack of payment.
Now they say I owe them more money. And last year I order some pv movies and they charged me the same movies a couples of times. I called them and told them that I already payed for these movies and that they were charging me again for the same ones.
They told me that they were not charging me for these movies twice but they were. I had the statements that showed they were.
I told them that I was not going to pay for the movies twice. They told me that I still owed movies from 10/02-11/02 that's carzy I payed for these already. Well I was pissed, So I told them that I wanted to cancel my service with them. They told me that I had to pay them so I did so I wont have to deal with them. then they did not want me to cancel they wanted me hold my service with them for 2 mon.
They told me that this would not happen again, well they rip me off again. I Don't want nothing to do with them. Be careful that they don't rip you off to.
