My name is Laura Godwi and a company called DJR  Group LLC and Spire recovery solutions contact me via phone about recovering a $750 Payday loan that they said I took out back in 2010. I have never taken any payday loans out and told them this. They had an old address  listed and  an old bank account listed, neither of which, I no longer use.  I have read  several resprots about DJR Group LLC, being a scam. If anyone has any information about this company and knows what I can do to get help please let me know.

Hi There!

Spire is a seperate company than DJR Group. DJR is actually an innocent party in this.

This started when at one point you applied for a payday loan (just applied, you didnt even have to take one!) Your information was collected and sold to eData Solutions, Inc. Owner being Joel Tucker. Mr Tucker embezzeled funds with one of his friends from the company and then operation choke point happened that stopped allowing banks to process payments to the lenders.

Mr Tucker needed money and fast. He took your information and 8 million other americans name, social, address, references and made fake debt portfolios with the help of Rob Harsh (Software Outfitters), Tim Buckley, Dennis Burkhardt, Lindsay Radliff, and Erin Tierney.

They sold them to a company called Ashton Asset Management (Hirsh and Gaurav Mohindra) who got shut down by the FTC. Ashton sold it to Market Street Debt Partners (Joe Toriere) who used his collection agency (Spire) to bully and threaten you to collect on this debt that you dont owe. They are represented by Lippes, Mathias in Buffalo. Get a lawyer and sue em for the few thousand you can get out of em until it is no longer worth it to them.
