I received a Contusion on my Calf of my leg (Very Painful & Swelling) and received services on 3/9/18 from a Lady Daniel (PA) Wanna be Doctor. She told me just put Heat on the wound and use Compression Bandages to put pressure on the Wound, then handed me Antibiotics without giving me After Care Instructions. (did not realize until I came home she gave no aftercare instructions) 8 Days later on 3/17/18 I was having complications / Infections they want to charge me $75 for the very same Injury. Just look at it quick and tell me what to do. I am a 60 year old senior and the Rudeness was off the Chart. I was not cursing or yelling. I was merely having a discussion on why I needed to be charged for the very same injury. When I told the young girl you need to be more respectful of your elders, she replied you need to leave. I ask the Smug Snippy Young Lady: the one that was going to call the police, what her first name is. She replies " None of your business. You can hear her say that in this Video, if you listen carefully. I think they got scared by the Video Taping. Notice how Black Lady made it sound like I was not going to charged and then switched back to the original Narrative of paying the Co-Pay. The Proof is here in the Video. She was lying just to cover her Butt. No wonder their Parking Lot is empty. I emailed Dr.David Dean on his website more than a week ago with no response. So much for a caring Doctor. Conclusion: I went to my Primary Doctor on 3/20/18 and he claimed they had misdiagnosed the problem with my leg and that I was Bleeding Internally and the use of a Compressed Wrap was Totally wrong. My Doctor had to do surgery and drain the blood out and place a wick to allow drainage. I am taking a strong Antibiotic, Doxycycline every 12 hours for 10 days. I am now seeing an improvement. Thank God. These people at Urgent Care did not even give me a AFTER VISIT CARE INSTRUCTIONS SHEET. Very Odd! My Doctor said, Urgent Care was wrong with the idea of using Compressions since I was already Internally Bleeding and if I had not seen him in time it could have been very serious and possibly Life Threatening due to Blood Clots and Infections. BEWARE OF URGENT CARE CLINIC!!
