Dolphin Fitness Club Fraudulent Billing, Refusing to end membership, Extortion Ripoff Queens New York
Beware of joining Dolphin Fitness, Whitestone Queens. After your membership is over under the one year or two year contract they make you commit too, If you try to leave the club they refuses to let you do so and pretends that they lost the paper that you are required to have them approve for you to stop paying them. They will harras you and try to extort money from you. Also the customer relation is very bad,The place is runned like a family affair, with the manager's uneducated girlfriend (who does not have a license to teach the classes) chasing away all the fitness trainers and taking over the classes herself. It is a mess and you should be very wary. At the moment I am about to proceed with a law suit against them and there are others that are willing to join me.
