My problem with Dominos is regarding their new gaurenteed delivery time corporate policy which prevents the Kingston NY  location from delivering to my adress after years of doing business with the company.  I have probably spent at least $1,000 if not thousands of dollars on take out over the course of six years.  I am not playing games, I am going to report this company to the better business bureau, file a complaint with Rip Off Report.com and what ever other avenues I can use to make a negative impact on this company until this is resolved.

Here's a solution that may work for you.

Bake a fresh or frozen pizza in the oven for a few minutes less than the instructions advise and then change the oven setting from the recommended one to "Broil" for a few minutes more. If your oven allows a broil temperature setting, try for about 530 degrees. It seems to work best placing the pizza on the bare oven rack and the rack should be in the middle of the oven.

Monitor the pizza closely as it will brown VERY quickly.  When it looks about the same as the ones from the pizza parlor, take it out and enjoy...works for us.  We almost never buy from pizza parlors anymore.

I would advise oven mitts to remove it...it will be VERY HOT.

Let us know how this works for you...I've been doing this for a couple of years now....yum.

Do you even know what a RipOff is

A Ripoff would be you ordering pizza and not receiving it, it would be ordering a large with everything and getting a small with 1 topping.   A RipOff is NOT a company deciding that they will no longer deliver to your particular address or at a particular time.  Unless you were spending thousands a week, not a thousand or a few thousand over 6 years, they are not going to cater to you.  Sorry to tell you but you are not that special.

If I'm being unreasonable then perhaps some one might be willing to offer me a suggestion for an alternative business to bring my money in order to get Pizza in Kingston NY later than 11PM that will deliver to Lake Katrine NY.
- How about start you own "Occupy Domino's" movement?  Maybe you and a few of your neighbors who are upset that they can't get pizza at 11PM will join you.  If you can't find any neighbors who are willing to support you perhaps you can try some alternate dining ideas.  You even mentioned a couple yourself, McDonalds and Quick Check.  But you forgot one other one, actually think ahead and get some frozen dinners/pizzas to cook in your Microwave or oven.  That takes about as much effort to take them out of the package and put it in the oven as it does to pick up your phone.

By the way I can think of about 3 other major chain pizza places, and another dozen or so fast food restaurants.  Where is your RipOff report on them because you can't get food at 11PM from them either?

What is the rip off?

"I am going to report this company to the better business bureau, file a complaint with Rip Off Report.com"

A business has the right to decline service to anyone and the BBB will confirm that. There is no rip off. Stock your freezer and buy a microwave.

I have no other Pizza options during my work week as I work second shift and get out of work at 11PM, so my options are basically Dominos or Frozen Pizza.  There was a period of time where I was indeed ordering pizza from this location up to 3 times per week; orders tapered off this past year due to economic difficulties which prevented me from ordering more often.

My typical tips were based off of the tax being doubled and then rounded up to the higher dollar amount, for example say a Pizza after deliver charge is $20 at a 8% tax rate I would usually give the driver a 4 dollar tip ( or more if the weather was really crappy).  If my tips are off the mark perhaps some one might be kind enough to correct me.

I am only angry because the only pizza place that's open when I get out of work decided to Red Tape me out of getting food from any where except Mc Donalds and Quick Check. If I'm being unreasonable then perhaps some one might be willing to offer me a suggestion for an alternative business to bring my money in order to get Pizza in Kingston NY later than 11PM that will deliver to Lake Katrine NY.

I'm not trying to get anything for free, I'm just interested in doing business with a company that I have spent money with for years.  After working 8 hours at a Hospital helping people hands on I kind of want a Pizza a few times a week as opposed to cooking; I guess this must make me a terrible person.

So lets see.... at least $1000 over 6 years is about $166 dollars a year which is probably about 10 orders a year. So about once a month or less you order a pizza.

Don't see why you are taking it personally. Did you check to see if maybe another Dominos was going to be taking over the area?

If you are the typical person in your area ordering 1 pizza a month is hardly worth keeping a store open or even worth the effort of keeping that neighborhood within a delivery zone.
