Don Lapre - Greatest Vitamin - Guaranteed Traffic - DOUG GRANT RIPOFF, SCAM, FRAUD, GREATEST SCAM IN THE WORLD, SMOOTH-TALKING CON ARTIST Phoenix Arizona
I recently ordered this program for 39.95+8.?? shipping. Then I was smooth-talked into buying a high priced package for guaranteed webtraffic (A joke by the way) for 1800 dollars. A few days later I was called by some guy named Scott, he had me listen to one of Don's energetic tapes on the phone and sold me on a 1800 dollar package for 6000 visitors to my webpage.
I was then called again by another smooth-talking salesperson named BLAKE WRIGHT, and another guy named NIJI something about a "Platinum Package" this package was supposed to sky-rocket my sales by making "targeted traffic" view my webpage. THIS IS WHEN I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS FISHY. I told him that is was pretty clever how they sell you a high dollar package, and then call you about another expensive package, and he remained silent.
I got smooth talked into buying this. The price was close to 6900 "but just for you i'm slicing the price in half" to around 3400 dollars. I continued to tell him I couldnt pay for it, and he said "Well how about 1999" blah blah blah. I told him I couldn't afford it. He said well what could you do. I told him about 1000, and then HE said well "gosh i'm really stretching myself here. Can u do 1295?" and I unfortunately split the charge into 2 cards. one with 800 dollars on it, and another with the remaining 495.
I got some bad feelings when I got off the phone and realized "he sliced this price an awful lot". I then looked up Don Lepre's name online and realized that this man is a and his company are ripping loads of people off every day. I don't know how their salespeople can be so happy and nice knowing they are ripping people off.
I got the website, been checking my stats (customer orders, counters) the first day there were only 6 people that visited my sight, however 1 person bought some vitamins so i thought "well this isn't too bad, 1:6 is pretty good". As we speak my counter is at 171 hits and 1 bottle of vitamins has been sold to people other than who i know. BOY WHAT HAPPENED TO MY SALES???
Please do not buy Don Lapre's package off TV, every time they call you, they never want to answer any questions very well. They are only interested in selling high-priced, ripoff packages that dont help your sales one tiny bit.
I have notified my credit card companies of this, and luckily one is giving my a refund, the other is closing my account, opening another one, and refunding me, and the last one is waiting on them to refund me, because I HAD A THREE WAY conversation with them on the phone, to finally talk to the supervisor. The supervisor was very nice to the lady with the credit card company and said as soon as i send back the package I will get a full refund. However, since I sent the package with delivery confirmation, I decided when it got there to call my card company. No credit has been issued.
The man at Greatest vitamin in the world said he didn't have any record of receiving my package, but ironically, I got ANOTHER package and called customer service and made sure I sent the first package to the correct address, and I did. I had another 3 way conversation with the supervisor and the credit card company and he said that my tracking number wasn't good enough proof that they had the package. Go figure.
Then I got on the phone.
I seem to be fortunate enough to get a refund. MY advice is if you've used a credit card to purchase anything from this company, call your customer service and talk to an "Account Specialist" I believe that's what I talked to and they will help you out. Explain this website to them, they can check it out.
