I bought Don Sullivan's The Perfect Dog because on their tv commercial they claim that their system can keep a dog from running out in the street. The fancy collar that they claim is the answer to your training problems Broke in one day! The reason you can keep your dog from running out in the road is because you need to buy an additional Shock Collar! This is not even suggested in n the tv commercials. So weekday you get for $90 is a collar that immediately breaks, three crappy nylon lines that the dog can chew through, and two ridiculously un-informative dvds. Outrageous cost for a total bait an nd switch.
