My story began in 2007 when i hired him to build an addition.We gave him a deposit of $40,000 dollars and he abandoned the job. I paid him a 40,000 dollar deposit and he never came back to do the job.Do not trust him he will rip you off. taunton, Massachusetts
I hired this contracting company to build a addition.Paid him 40,000 dollars and he never came back to do the job.He is evil and currupt and has no conscience.Now i have no money and totally in debt while he lives in a new house with jet skis,hummer and all his other novelties from all the customers he steals from.Justice needs to be served.Do not trust him or his wife they work together as ateam stealing from customers everyday.They live in taunton mass....

I am not supporting "my husband" I am telling you to get your facts straight on who I am. He does not live with me, I do not own all the "toys" or the hummer. You say whatever you want about him but I have no involvement with his business. Do not drag my name down with him. Yes you did leave messages on my home machine and yes I did tell you I would call and press charges for harassment, you were calling my home not a business. Bottom line is get your facts straight before you sling mud about someone.

First of all, for someone that is an "estranged" wife you seem to have a tremendous amount of support for your husband. Let's get one thing straight, your husband stole over $10,000 from my family. This has nothing to do with the quality of work he was doing. We were actually quite pleased with the work he completed. He abandoned the job and left us high and dry. In case you are unaware, this is against the law. Who in their right mind wouldn't be upset? As far as the phone calls, your husband told us to call his home and I never left any kind of message that you insinuated. In all actuality you threatened me and told me that you would call the police if I called your house again. We were trying in good faith to work things out with Don (over and over again). Once again, your husband stole over $10,000 from us. What would you do in this suituation? This is not a matter of pleasing someone, this is a matter of abandoning a job and theft.

I am Dawn LaPointe estranged wife of Donald LaPointe. I am not and never have been co owner, I have had nothing to do with this business except to be married to him. We have not lived together for over a year and a half. I do not and have never owned a hummer, jet skis, nor do I live in a new house on winthrop st. I have owned my home for 16 years its is over 50 years old. I have never scammed or stolen from people. I am honest and hardworking. I work 3 jobs to support my children. If this person had known what she was talking about I would not be writing this today. I had spoken to this person on a few occasions when she called my home, not the business phone, and also left nasty messages for my childeren to hear on my home answering machine. There was no pleasing this women in anything that was done. So to all contractors beware of Mrs Michael Dey of Lakeville MA, do not attempt to do any work for her it will never be good enough. Plus she will drag your name and anyone related to you thru the mud not caring who it hurts in the end
