Donald E. Sanders (DVM, VacaResources.com) is a Veterinarian Expert who advertises on various expert witness directories and publishing sites. He however unethically takes advantage of clients and scam them for money without truthfully review and testify the case. Consumers do be aware: he is here for your money and will give you a useless and false testimony.

If a vet has done something wrong to your pet and you need to sue them in court, by law you are required to have another vet to testify for your case. There are vets who do this. The service is called expert witness. Many vets won’t want to go after another vet and testify against them. It sounds like these expert witness is willing to do it right? Or maybe he will say he does, but just so he can reach your pocket. Donald Sanders is absolutely one such shame*ful expert who takes advantage of poor victims!

Here is how Don Sanders plays the game: he’ll agree almost anything you said (yes almost too good to be true). He shows a lot of support and understanding toward what happened to you and your animals, and agree the vets didn’t do their due diligence. He believes in you and is willing to take the case. He asks you to retain him for the case and he will refund hours unused. He also tells you and your attorney he will give honest opinions and you shouldn’t challenge it. It sounds very professional but basically he wants to give you a false and useless opinion that can’t be used to go against bad vets, while ensure you he is trustworthy and fool you into believing his opinion is non biased and shall not be challenged.

You thought if he is not showing enough support of the case, then you will just not proceed further early on and he will refund you the majority of the money as he said. The only problem is he claims he has used all your hours even much earlier than “early on” while leaving you a useless testimony that hopefully you won’t question at all since you were brain washed into believing he is giving an honest and justified opinion. He will agree with something the vets have done wrong so it seems justified for him to get paid by you, but these will never be enough for you to go to court.

By industry standard, Don Sanders is supposed to only use 1-2 hours (before retained) to review the record and tell you whether there is malpractice or not and whether he will take the case or not. He however tells you there is something not done right and would take the case, request for a retainer and use all of the hours, but telling you there is something wildly wrong but no malpractice.

Don Sanders might thought his plan is perfect to rip off innocent people who won’t be able to figure out what has happened. Only the mission has failed and he therefore enters the hall of shame* on ripoffreport.

Just as it is getting more and more clear Don Sanders has been in the game for money from the very beginning, he threw a bomb by saying: “I don’t want to sound crass but life is life and money is what makes the world go around.” Money is on the top of his mind all the time. He is barely even nice to people who paid him: he use cold brutality and strings you along. Are you paying for service of abuse? Lol.

It is outrageous and unbearable for Donald Sanders to use plotted scams to rip off people who have already suffered the painful loss of pet due to vet malpractice. Various outlets have been notified of Don Sander’s scam behavior and he will be sued for the money he scammed and justice.
