Dongguan Fujong Technology Limited Did not honor sales contract - Dongguan Guangdong
Unfortunately, Dongguan Fujong Technology Limited did not honor their contract with me.
I entered into a contract in April 2021. I paid Dongguan Fujong Technology Limited over $4000, and they agreed to deliver a Goldshell LT5 miner to me in July 2021.
Dongguan Fujong Technology Limited did not deliver. The market price of the miner went up to around $10,000 by July, and they refused to honor our agreement and deliver the miner.
I had to use Alibaba Trade Assurance to get a refund of 97% of my original payment. This was not a fair outcome. A fair outcome would be for Dongguan Fujong Technology Limited to deliver the miner or to pay me the market value of the miner.
Please be aware that Dongguan Fujong Technology Limited might treat you this way. They might not fulfill their commitments if the cost of the item goes up. As a customer, you might bear all of the risk of cost decreases (between sale and delivery), but Dongguan Fujong Technology Limited may not accept responsibility for cost increases.
