Item was supposed to work with Comcast- it did not. Company has absured return policy, with 30% restocking fee and charges for shipping. Terms of sales were misleading, stating 100 money back guarentee on the first part and down the page they add the costs that makes it 50% to return a defactive old product.
the biggest ripoff firm I ever had the displeasure to use. Stay away!!!
PS- same modem on ebay by highly rated selers is listed for 35% less! I bet it works.
My bad for not researching thoes fraudsters.
