OK, I messed up when I didn't read the fine print in the terms and conditions, my fault. I found this product on a full page of "FREE TRIALS". The advertisement was for "free 14 day trial for $3.95 shipping only". When the big box arrived I had too much going on and didn't even look to see who the sender was. Tropical Storm Fay came through and other things happened to make my insomnia and Major Depression worse. I paid the $3.95 using a Paypal one time use card, but before I even opened the box they were able to charge that card another $149. Filed a complaint w/Paypal and called them and then found out about terms. Great thing, they prorate your return not based on amount but time! Original order came in Sept, called them in Nov. Made sure that I was cancelled from their list and wouldn't be charged again. They just tried to charge that card "again" and sent email that card had expired. Called them and got a lame excuse from some guy that said he was a manager. Besides Insomnia & Major Depression, I have a lot of other mental problems due to Sleep Deprevation for years. And to make this whole issue worse, this product doesn't work for Severe Insomnia. I've read that they are almost impossible to get rid of, but I feel ripped off for the charges and the lack of product working for my condition which is documented with Social Security and comes under the "Americans With Disabilities Act".
