Dot5hosting.com Worthless Customer Service, False Advertising, Ripoff Company Phoenix Arizona
I began my frustrating dealings with Dot5hosting in October 2006, and my website is still sitting in air and nothing Dot5hosting promised has been delivered. I requested a refund within the time frame due to my website not up and not being promoted as Dot5hosting promises to do. They send bogus search engines to contact you, but nobody sees your website. I put photos up but due to changes on their end, my photos were not able to be viewed again, and I attempted to get help with this issues so many times that I have lost count. Dot5hosting ignored ALL emails of refund requests. When I first contacted Dot5hosting to request a refund I waited on the hold for 45 minutes and then was told I could get a refund because it was in the time period to do so, but he could not help me, he gave me the email address to contact them in writing. I attempted about 5 emails, to which I never received a response.
This company is a complete ripoff. They take your money and your website sits in the air never to be viewed while they continue to use your money to suck other people in and take their money. It is a vicious cycle.
I would be more than willing to file a class action suit, these people need to be stopped!!!!
