Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I took my truck to said dealership in august of last year(2010) to have repairs done. Upon entering the service dept, I spoke to Nicky. My exact word to her were," I'm not sure what's wrong with my truck, but, whatever It is I need it fixed, and I don't care what it costs." So after several days I was given an estimate on everything that their ase certified tech. Could find........no problem I can afford that. Several months later I go to pick my truck up finally....only to watch my oil pressure drop to zero as soon as I put it In reverse, the dealership was closed at that time so...I drove the truck home. The next morning I called the shop to tell them About my concerns and the problems with the truck still. So they had the truck towed back up there only to call me the next day to tell me That it was fine and I could come pick it up....the reciept says the oil pressure sending unit was bad...they had supposedly just replaced it...u Then when I arrived to pick it up again they decided to tell me that "I need to replace my water pump" why they didn't include this in the original estimate I do not know. So again unrepaired I go home fix the water pump myself....still no oil pressure....so I recently requested that They take another look at it because its still un-drivable.....so I paid to have it towed to the dealership And mr. Anthony snell had the tech remove the oil pan to see if the new pump was still working It was but....he said he found a sliver of metal in the pick up tube and he thinks its a peice of the crank Bearing......so the moral of my story is....now they want $4000 more for an engine....I feel like I should be credited for all the hours of labor and for the price of all the parts that they "thought" I would need....because nothing they did fixed Anything!!! I should not have to pay for their improper estimates& diagnosis!!! I have bee scammed by a supposedly reputable company! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Driving with no oil pressure is a BAD IDEA

You should never drive with low or no oil pressure.  They shouldnt have even released the truck to you in that condition.  Convenient they closed just as you picked up your truck. Maybe it was  planned that way?  I think the story took a bad turn when you told them "I dont care what it costs".  I think even Nicky got a hardon when she heard that.

Good luck
