Now, about some of the comments:

1) James Christopher Howell's "business" has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau.

2) James Howell was PERMANENTLY banned from Ebay for ripping off customers.

I seem to remember Mr. Mannarino having some issues with Ebay.  In fact, he posted a report here.  He also posted multiple reports about Yelp.

Let me guess.  This stolen documentation wasn't the Precision Division POLICIES document was it?  I've read that piece of work.  Gonna sue customers for $14,000 and cancel the warranty if they post anything on-line that cast PD in a bad light?  I can post the reference from the policies page.  Repairs can be delayed indefinitely.  Anyone who initiates a charge back for any reason will be charged a fee.  There are other sections of this "policies" page that are equally appalling.  Let me know if you wish me to elaborate.

Oh.  I checked with the Florida Division of Corporations and can't find any business registered as Precision Division or Advanced Computer Repair.  Also can't fine Mr. Mannarino as a registered agent for any business.  Additionally, his website does not give a name of the business or address of the business.  You can check yourself at http://www.sunbiz.org/search.html

You guys need to stop the internet war and go to court.  The fact that neither of you has filed a lawsuit yet speaks volumes.  A legitimate business would have filed a lawsuit by now to put a stop to this juvenile nonsense.

James Howell is a creepy stalker who is OBSESSED with Precision Division and the company's owner. James has more complaints against his company than he can shake a stick at. He was known in Georgia as the "Tunnel Hill Scammer". James Howell was permanently banned from Ebay. But don't take my word for it. Call Ebay and ask them. They'll tell you.

Still think I'm making this up? Give Tom White a call: 423 - 394 - 1467. Tom owned a computer repair shop in Dunlap, Tennessee. James gave Tom some sob story about how a tornado chased him across the country. Tom agreed to let James Howell use some space inside his shop. And do you know how he thanks him? He steals checks from Tom! Ask him yourself. It's the truth.

James Howellof Double Click it or Fix it PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS JERK. I contacted him on July 19th of this year for some work on some game systems. All sounded good, so three days later I shipped him six. He stated no more than five days working time. Three weeks later my nightmare started with him. I can understand running behind. But I shipped more boards to him.  All in all I shipped like around twenty, five or six thousand dollars worth of income to me. Now trying to give short of long. One month after
my first shipment I get seven boards back not even touched.

I call, text, E-mail no reply for him. Now I paid what was charged $350 and it was like eight five bucks over, what it should have been. But had to pay it to get my stuff. But when opened shipment they were still Non-Working Condition!! All of them!!!! and were in same condition as when they were shipped. I needed what I thought would be working boards.So I paid the driver. Now going on three months later he ships the I don't know how many boards in a fed ex shipment with COD fees of 500 bucks, without an invoice again. I have asked and asked of him for an invoice for previous shipment and current one. But no such luck.

Now would you pay? As far as I know he could be doing same thing or shipping me a brick. Now I have been doing my own business for over twenty years, and have never in my life met and dealt with anyone like this jerk. He puts a good front. I offered to him my to give me my stuff and my money,( that in my book he has stolen from me.) And just call it whatever and move on. He says no! Pay or Don't get your stuff back. At this point, this man has already taken my money and my property.And I am a very upset. He cares less. And what can do, I cant afford an lawer. He does business on Internet and I am 2000 miles away.

What can I do except tell everyone out there beware of this guy. He will take your stuff and never return your calls. Now I was struggling just like everyone to support my family But because of my stupidity and this jerk, its even worse. Yet another review by Robert Mannarino.  Let's focus on the facts as Precision Division enjoys doing so frequently these days.  I am not stating he is a criminal or a thief or even enjoys the Twinkie down his throat, but I do state the facts as they are stated to me and I see.

Fact one:  If you issue a challenge to Robert Mannarino he will take it out on you.  Just ask Bryan Mohr.

That is what Precision Division - Advanced Computer Repair of Clearwater, Florida and Mount Carmel, PA will do to you as a customer.  Not only does he do the same to his competition when he feels threatened, he does it to his former clients.  The people who support him, he turns on a gashes them open.  Now I have had my share of people whom have had repairs go wrong.  When you work on over 2000 systems in a year that is bound to happen, but the emails I receive from clients go to a dark personal level of disrespect on Precision Division's part reviewing how he handles the situation.

Fact two:  The reviews posted, negative about me or positive about him, are false.

This user TT is false.  For three months I worked salvaging copper, aluminum, and steel from my former shop and area to clean up and pay bills.  This would mean that six months from this date I had little to no time to place ads, solicit for work, or much else which includes customer service.  If someone called you bet I ignored it since I was shoving concrete in a separator to get out the copper!

Fact three:  I have documented enough to fill a court on him.

I own a computer repair shop in a small town. I came across one of James Howell's Craigslist ads about 6 months ago. I'm very sorry I called him. I sent him 12 laptops to fix. He charged me over $1000 to fix them all. When they arrived, only one of them worked. The other 11 were WORSE than they were when I sent them to him! My customers were infuriated!

I called James, but he wouldn't answer his phone. He wouldn't answer his emails. He basically took my money and ran. Now I know why he only accepts checks or money orders! He does that so that when he scams you, you have no recourse. It seems to me like James Howell needs to stop worrying about his competitors and start worrying about himself. His sneaky little scams are going to catch up to him sooner or later. The owner of  shop who he has been trashing - Precision Division - has been kind enough to repair half of these units free of charge as a courtesy. So now I have 6 more happy customers, thanks to Rob. But the point is, I paid James to do a job. He had the audacity to charge me for the work, and then send all the units back broken? What kind of jerk does something like that?!

James Howell ripped me off, but it's a lesson learned. In the end, it worked out ok thanks to the generosity of James' competitor.
