Douglas smith now has this same company in Dallas under the name of nationwide new home service and he's still scamming employees and clients!! I couldn't stand to work for that man any longer with his lies and manipulations. I had to quit be ajar my integrity and my morals were being pushed to the edge. Please do NOT do any business with this man or this company.

Texas New Home Finder is a reputable company operating for over 6 years in helping the community with first time home buyers. In which all rip off report cases are looked at in a serious matter. We have done the proper research of this report and have contacted the necessary officials for research. In return this rip-off report posted by an individual named the lady' is a very inaccurate report. Texas New Home Finder will also contact necessary individuals and proper authorities for inaccurate future and current remarks of the lady's' responses. The report is correct currently these are the agencies and legal action against Mr. Smith: 1.Investigation by the Texas Real Estate Commission 2.Five labor law wage claim suites AWARDED to his ex employees(he has not paid and the TWC Regulation and enforcement division has demanded he pay and is looking for him.) 3.One civil suite Dallas County Police Department has been looking for him since he moved from the Garland Office and is going under the name of Texas New Home Finder.com not New Homes 2Day.com 4. TWC has contacted the IRS after their investigation. All of this information can be supported by the agencies listed above.
