Want to download movies, programs, and software for an introductory fee of only $4.87? Seems too good to be true, and it is. Download Provider will charge your bank account immediately, without any email receipt or activation code that is supposedly sent to the buyer's email address. DLL-Provider then fails to return any customer service complaints that are made, including those to cancel your account. After 3 days, the introductory fee of $4.87 turns into $39.97 which is charged continuously until you take action and cancel your bank card. The website itself does not have a customer support phone number, and all relating toll-free numbers given through MegaDownloadPass and relating support sites dealing with the transaction merely hang up when you asked to hold for the next service representative.
