www.downloadnova.com and www.downloadprofessional.com offer free downloads of software, movies, games ebooks, etc. and all you have to do is sign up for a 3-day trial membership to Reality Porn Pass, Adult Movie Network, or MILF Riders and according to them, you could cancel at anytime and still have access to the downloads.
I was looking to download a particular artist which was proving hard to find. www.downloadnova.com and www.downloadprofessional.com showed to have the artist First I did a search on both names to see if anyone reported a scam. Since nothing came up I signed up with downloadnova.com.
My first warning sign came when none of the downloads worked.
My second warning sign came when I saw that they store the downloads with other companies like megaupload.com, rapidshare.com, and filefactory.com which want to charge you to download unlimited amounts.
My third warning sign came when I tried to cancel the subscription with the porn site and couldn't.
As stated before the downloads didn't work and they didn't even have the artist that I wanted even though before I signed up they said they did. Every link for a download was either bogus or it downloaded an empty file. In addition, after downloading an empty file from megaupload I was told that I reached my download limit and had to pay to download more. They also make you have to retrieve passwords from links that didn't work. It really is one thing after another.
I also stated before that I couldn't cancel the subscription through the porn site so I had to cancel my card. Every attempt to cancel the subscription was met with the same response of them not having my information. Of course they had my information because they billed me. Also, I never got a response to any email from the download site nor the porn site.
Someone is making a lot of money.

While I can't help you with getting your money back I can tell you how to cancel your membership so there are no more charges. Just go to http://www.customersupporthelp.com/cancel.html and go to the 'Secondary Order Processor' and follow the instructions. It is possible that you may need to use a different processor but this one worked for me.

Here are some more websites doing the same scam. www.fulldownloads.us (underground access) www.fullfileaccess.com www.fullversionaccess.org www.instantfileaccess.com www.fullreleasez.com www.fullversionfiles.com www.filefortune.com www.warezquality.com www.directfileaccess.com My question is this: Is it possible to file a complaint when..... Almost all these people operate without any contact information and their domain name is registered as private so one can not get any contact information on them. The ones who actually bill the customer are the porn sites. So technically you sign up for the porn and not the downloads. I am not even sure if the porn website is legit. Does anyone know if the porn site is legit? Has anyone tried to use their access code for the porn?

If I could have bought the CD I would have. As I said before, I am looking for a particular artist/song. Some music is no longer distributed and is hard to come by. I was only charged a few dollars, I was not charged the subscription fee to the porn site. I cancelled my card right away so they couldn't charge anything else. Since I had never signed up with porn sites, I really didn't know that much about them. Now I know they are a total scam but I didn't want to look at porn anyways. I did do a search to see if anything had been reported about the website and I didn't find anything. I think they change things often enough to keep the con going. After it was all said and done I searched under the names from the billing side and that's when I saw the fraud reports. My point in filing this report is to get the names out there so if someone else does a search maybe this will pop up and warn them.

Most of these internet porn sites make money by doing this..along with other websites that say "hey if you pay 39.95 for a year then you can find anyones phone number" yet they don't have information and you have to pay more. Learn from your mistakes and just buy the dvds :)
