We own a Physicians Office in Arcadia, Florida and Dr. Barry P. Nash of Sarasota came on board to be the doctor of our clinic..he signed NOTORIZED contracts for coming into the business and employment contracts. He did this of his own free will, having this notorized in front of a Bank Manager. All the while that he was signing these documents, he was busy texting a blond bimbo that he was having an affair with. Mind you, he has a girlfriend at home. But he was messing around with another female in the healthcare industry. We kept telling him to read the contracts and he wouldn't. Just signed them so he could meet the blond. I had only met this doctor twice, once for 45 min while he was signing the contracts and spending the majority of the time texting...the second time was for a total of 20 min when he wouldn't even look at me while talking to him..kept his head turned because I had told him to quit sending messages to us via his blond friend and call us himself. He would not return calls, emails or text messages. In the meantime, my partner and I were setting up the entire office to be ready for the 30+ patients we had scheduled on the days he told us to schedule. The day before the patients were to be seen by Dr. Nash, he called and said cancel them..he was talking with lawyers about the contracts...kind of late, don't you think? well when we protested that these patients had to have their blood pressure meds etc....he merely responded " if it was as good a deal two weeks ago, it will be good in 2 more weeks." What does that mean??????? He told my partner not to worry, that we would be up and running as quickly as possible. That was the last we heard from him....mind you, he owed us 5 weeks of pay....we (my partner & I) owned all of the office equipment so he didn't spend a dime on that. We tried to contact him for over 2 weeks...he would never respond...now 4 weeks later, we get a letter from his atty stating he was out of the picture, that we and the landlord of the bldg pressured him into signing the lease and the contracts. Personally I'm glad he is not seeing our patients because they deserve better. This doctor proved to have the mentality of a 5yr old, could never speak for himself, always had to have someone else do his talking...and everytime my partner had to meet with him prior to us going into business ( I could never attend meetings due to surgery) she had to meet him in a bar where he was drinking with the blond bimbo. I have since spoke with nurses that have worked with him and they do not like him. Said he is rude to them and the patients...and always wants to knock off at 2pm cause he went to school in the Carribbean, and they don't work past 2pm...They said he complained about everything..I found that to be true because he was complaining about the company he is employed by right now, stating they don't respect him and overwork him...I would not recommend this doctor to anyone...He showed me he has no compassion for patients....only for himself. Fortunately, we have a great doctor now starting on June 1st, under his own guise...I have worked with this cardiologist before,he filled in for us when our original doctor passed away, and my patients know him and love him, which is VERY important. So, the ending came out great....
