I try to always live my life so that I don't ever have to say I'm sorry. When I posted the above letter about Dr. Gidoa I was very angry and the post is reflected in my anger. Although the fact of the matter is that I indeed paid in full for a product I didn't receive, I failed to consider the position that Dr. Gidos was put in by his third party lab. I have never complained about the quality of Dr. Gido's work. There is no question that he is a talented dentist. I'm still using the temporary dentures he made me and can only hope the new ones he is making will be as comfortable. I have recommended him highly to several people. I truly wish he had his own lab, he is very talented. That was never a problem. After speaking with a few of his patients in the waiting room they seem to feel the same way. One woman told me that her previous dentures were not good but since Dr Gidos made her new ones, she has been so happy. The day I spoke to her, she had brought her husband in to have Dr. Gido make his.
As I said before Dr. Gido's work was never the problem. He was in a terrible position and I failed to see this. I want to apologize not only to Dr. Gido but especially to his wife and children. I sincerely hope that they can forgive me. I will continue to recommend him and his excellent work.
