My report is very much like the one filed May 07, 2013. I called for a plumber 2/24/2014--Plumber shows and does a leak inspection. While working on the leak, he has titan call me to set an appointment for asbestos inspection. Also, I get a call from a Tony asking me for an insurance claim number and informs me he is going to do all the repairs necesary after the plumbers finish their job.. The plumber is there listening and instructing me to comply with these strange callers. The plumber orchestraded all this very well--After the inspection, he mentions "we normally charge xx number of dollars for this kind of work." He then froceeds and has me sign three documents--1. estimate for leak inspection. 2. Estimate for work to be performed. and, 3. a contract instructing th insurance company to include drain-rite as the sole propietor to all future claim monies for the claim in question.
A week later I received by mail two invoices: 1. Emergency services and 2. charges for services and equipment used for work done in repairing the leak---Also, I received a forged contract agreement.
To this date I am waiting for the cooper piping they claimed to have installed.
