Drees Home Builders Drees Home Builders Unhappy Drees Customer Internet
I bought a new custom Drees home in Ohio. I had nothing but problems with this builder.
It is one thing to have some problems, but there were many. And Drees could not fix the problems competently. Or they would not fix.
Drees customer service is poor. Customer service is like doing battle with Drees. I had to fight for most things.
Poor workmanship. Drees hires the cheapest, incompetent, unskilled, unqualified, inexperienced employees and contractors.
I could go on, but this was some of the things I went through. Not sure why JD Powers ranks this company so high. I know I did not fill out any survey. This is my survey here!
