Everyone should be placing the dealerships in which they purchased their vehicles from in these forums and then notify the dealerships that they are on this site for using Drive Financial. Dealerships want to be known as being reputable and not have any bad information on there dealerships. Once they see what drive financial is doing to the consumers and the bad information on the dealerships that use them they will cease to use drive financial for fear of losing Customers or being sued for using them.. Start posting the Dealerships in your post..

Paul, You can fax your documents to Ed at Rip Off Report or upload them as a photo. Or you can mail them to Ed. If you have valid info, Ed will post it I'm sure. I personally spent too much time in the financial business and I just know there is no such proocess. I can give you a sample UCC-1 form to read if you like. Better yet, post the actual code here that allows such discharge. Do it. I want to see your research since you said that you have done so much. Post the legal reference here along with any "discharge" paperwork on your debts. I'll be waiting, and probably a very long time as there is no such process you speak of. You need to chase the little green men out of your trees, and don't forget your tin foil hat.

THIS IS MY 2ND DISCHARGE IT'S APPARENT THAT I'M THE ONLY ONE WHO'S DONE ANY REAL RESEARCH. If this site would allow me I would give more info on the ucc-1 discharging process, so for now Keep researching peace

Paul, I have no idea what where you got your information on the UCC-1 form, but I will explain it's use and purpose. The UCC-1 form is a TOOL for COMMERCIAL LENDERS. It is used for pledging security ahead of time to speed up the loan approval or credit line increase on secured loans. It is simply a form that is filed with the lender that ensures they are making a sound loan. That's it. It has absolutely no use to you, a consumer. And, FYI. I am in no way connected to any bank or this site. I have no personal interest in giving this information.

I notice that someone's' response is slanted. The individual who replied they research the ucc-1 process and its purpose, they are either planted Here by drive financial or this site agent. The ucc-1 process is a very involved step but worth it. It works this is my 2nd discharge the 1st was 35,000 credit debt with chase bank. Readers I have no benefit in using this site products. I came across this web site while trying to find drives financial attorneys on staff to serve them in this process, so I haven't had the experiences of threatening phone calls or repo attempts, because I'm pursuing them to discharge they lose yrs of interest. Even though their still being credited (PAID) the balance in full on my acct, they don't like that. They prefer all that extra money that some of you notice how your balance never seems to change. Hmmm maybe that's why they don't give you a settlement statement or acct to date statements. That statement could be use to discredit Them as a fair lender. To lead people away from help is very evil. I hope that I am wrong in thinking that person replying is not a drive financial agent, and that the person who replied is only giving their unsolicited opinion on the ucc-1 process. so at this point lets do a little test- if you're reading this note we can probably rule out the replier as this site agents. My process should only take 6-8 weeks when I'm done I'll report my results, talk to you in Jan 2007 or maybe sooner until then Peace in discharging

I looked this up on my own. To my disappointment, this information is erroneous. This process covers the LENDER and NOT the Borrower. If you file this, you will be held liable to pay your debt in full!!! I don't know where the person got this information from, but it just goes to show that we need to do our own reseach.

I have written to the FTC about Drive Financial. But I am determined to get as many agencies or anyone that will take action against Drive. Please tell me exactly what the UCC-1 Procces is and how do I go about filing my complaint through this avenue? Anyone who is involved in suing Drive please give me the name, city and state of their attorney and I will look them up on my own. Thank you. Together, we can stand strong and win the battle against this prediatory lender. I think this is a company that NACCA would be interested in going after. After all, they went after Fleet Bank when they discriminated against minorities and they won...Fleet Bank exists no more.
