My husband is a o/o for drive logistics and since day one
They have done nothing but lied, steal, and threaten my husband. Not to mention trying
To force him to drive all night long to get their load where it needs to go. If you say no they treat you like crap. Meaning you get poor miles. They told my husband and I that it is a
No force dispatch but yet they try to force. My husband got threaten of having 50.00 a week taken
Out if his satellite wasn't plugged in but they knew it was working. They also sent my husband out with a load and then canceled it because he was going to be 30 mins late, they never paid him since they sent him out. He got told you were going to be late so you don't get paid. What about what he did drive?
Don't drive for these people! They lie to you, steal your hard earned money, and treat you like dog doo! If you value your family don't expect them to understand. There is one dispatcher there that takes your load from you and gives to his own race, makes you sit for hrs on end at times before he gives you something else. The workers their have been very rude to their drivers well the ones that don't kiss their butts. The company has gotten so big so now nobody cares. When are they going to see us drivers make their money! Without us they are nothing but another name and another company that lies. People always leaves the company this is why they have to keep hiring. And when are they going to get their tails out of their butts and realize an o/o means you are your own boss. And id suggest they learn how to respect all those company drivers as well. Doesn't matter if you own your truck or you work for them the bs is simple they don't care if you drive all night risking your life due to them forcing you! You can even reload a trailer that wasn't loaded proper plus help reload another and then they yell at you for being late. They don't send your paperwork in on time to cross back over in Canada properly. I could say so many things but not sure it all will fit.
