DriveTime Used To Be Ugly Duckling ripoff car I bought died on me within two days they refused to help or take it back San Antonio Texas
I bought a 02 Dodge Neon,in December of 2003. I had problems with the car the second day. It died on me.
The battery was no good I had different brands tires on all four tires. The balance was off.
Even though the tires were the same size not every tires company make them excatly the the same.It made the alignment bad The were the cheapest tires you could ever put on a car.
I replaced all the sparks plugs the first week. I called the lady that had sold me the car and told her about the car dieing on me.
I asked if I could take it back because I knew I had 48 hours to take the car back and she told me I signed a contract I asked her to send me a copy of the contract and 9 months later I haven't seen it.
They told me I could put it in their shop, but it would take a week or even longer. I couldn't do that needed transportation.
I'm paying way to much for it. The car cost me over $14,000 dollars and had over 38,000 miles on it. My payment are all most $350.00 a month and have three years left on it.
I'm tried of dealing with them. They took advantge of me.
I was 18 when I bought the car. I was also a female. So, they knew I was a easy target.
For, the money I'm paying I could be driving a nicer car. I work my butt off to pay for it. Just so I don't get bad credit. Plus my other biils I pay for and on top that a part-time student.
