Anytime anyone tries to say "use a dropshipper!" to do a home based buisness, or what is now popular, for eBay, you are walking into a scam. To sum it up: Drop Shipping Fantasies Drop shipping is the art of taking an otherwise unsellable $79.95 retail item of zero demand and then selling it to you for $39.95 so you can resell it in eBay for $19.50. For a mythical benefit of avoiding inventory costs. There are several obvious problems here. First, there are way too many fingers in the pie. Second, there is no way to meet the minimum 30:1 buy/ sell ratio that is demanded for any eBay success. Third, there's no obvious way you can add personal value over your many competitors. Fourth, if the stuff was any good, they wouldn't need your help flushing it. And fifth and finally, when the items are undelivered or slow delivered, or inadequate, it will be you who will get hung out to dry. Summing it all up Do not try to sell what is not yours. These "dropshippers" WANT YOU to be responsible for the complaints, and REFUNDS when the items are not delivered. That way THEY dont sully their reputations with the complaints. You lose twice. Bad rep and of course angry customers.

Look at all of the complaints against this company and they have the nerve to post a follow-up blaming their customer. If you were at all concerned with ANY of your customers you would respond to their email, or better yet answer your phone. The people who come to this sight have seen companies like yours before and know how to read your lies!

This rebuttal is in response to Terence Peters from Texas. As an online merchant, we have strict policies in place to protect both our members and ourselves against frauds and non legitimate orders. One of which is to verify our member's account once via a simple fax required to confirm the billing address. Nowadays internet frauds are costing companies thousands of dollars and it is more common than we think! Most of our members appreciate and feel comforted when we contact them to confirm their billing address as this process is indeed a proof that we take our business very seriously. In this particular case, Mr. Terence Peters was contacted to confirm his billing address but failed to provide any sort of documentation such as a copy of his driver's license and/or any type of utility bill that could confirm his address. Also, we found out that this person's billing address was actually a PO BOX which we do not support since most carriers will not provide us with any tracking information for such addresses. As a result, we can only assume that this person got angry with our company policies and placed a negative comment on this website to simply hurt an honest and hard working company. Our policies are in place to allow us to protect and better serve our members. As far as not beeing able to contact anyone, I personally took the time to call Mr. Peters myself in an attempt to collect the proper information to confirm his account. We also send Mr. Peters several emails and answered each questions within 48 hours. I truely fail to see how this can constitute a lack of communcation! Regarding the use of multiple companies to run a scam, we only have 1 company website and it is called www.dropshipdesign.com. We also have a member's website for people that are interested in selling on online auctions only, which is called www.dropshiponauction.com. Other websites might be confused as ours since we have several resellers that help us sell our dropship packages through our 2 tier affiliate program. Please disregard the complaint filed by this person.
