Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Drysdales' s Western Wear website, 'Drysdales.com' is very good about putting charges on your credit card for non delivered merchandise.

Yet, attempt to get the charges corrected, get somone at Drysdales or get matters resolved quickly.  That is all another matter. All of my problem's started when I attempted to purchase a pair of cowboy boots from their website that I needed for a party. I purchased my items online from Drysdales.com when I didn't receive my merchandise in a timely manner I called their customer service department.  They were friendly enough, but, blamed the problems on a new order entry system.

They then took care of the matter, gave me a discount and charged my CC for $168 .Situation gets better.I purchased addtional merchandise which they take my order, supposedly give me a discount for a coupon and charged my CC and delivered.

This happens for four orders in a four week period between 10/10-11/10. Suddenly out of the blue I get a $168 charge on my CC card on the 20th of December for $168 turning my balanced checking account to go into a tail spin. At that point I call Drysdale's explain my situation on Friday 12/20 and get nowhere. Over that weekend print out my bank statements and realize two of three transactions are billed incorrectly of which one is fictitious.  I call Drysdale's on 12/23 and get M.Proctor their customer service manager on the phone. She is unable to make heads or tails of this fiaso and says that on the next day I would be contacted. That was on 12/24, no response. During this time I supply Drysdale's with statements showing mis-charged unexplained charges. (i.e.charges that didn't match supposed purchase prices. Order system doesn't happen to put coupon savings on invoices. It is penciled in making a point about a charge questionable.

So, on 12/31 someone supposedly looks into the charges. That someone looks at the $168 charge and says it's legitimate, sending M.Proctor the information of which I receive an email on 1/1/2014 saying  the charge is legitimate.

Yet, after dealing with this fiasco with Drysdale's from 12/20-1/1/2014 no one has looked at the other two incorrect transactions, one of which is for vapor merchandise that was never received.  I requested that Drysdale's provide both invoices, showing the coupon discounts and UPS delivery receipts. I recieved nothing!!!! It would seem that if a customer says there is an issue with charges Drysdale's would of stood on their heads to resolve the problem ASAP!

Nope, we are going on fifteen days. I'm i

n procession of a pair of vapor ware cowboy boots and I've had to send an email on New Year's Day of 2014 agravated beyond belief with all the information all over again.I also attempted to contact Zig or as he's called who's either General Manager or the president with no response from him.

Great job to the management at Drysdale's,  you have my money, I have a vapor ware pair of cowboy boots and am aggravated beyond belief on New Year's Day 2014 and I'm still awating a response. Drysdales you must have a super sophistcated order entry system that's great at fleecing your customers!

If there's anyone else out there who has had this experience with Drysdale's I would love to hear from you! I wonder if the Better Business Bureau of Tulsa has had any dealings with Drysdale's?
