I worked for this company for 10 months, They are the most unorganized company I have ever seen, They are trying to run a telecommunications business while buing supplies from home depot, they haven't a clue about how to do any of the work that they bid on. They under bid every job they bid for. They have a network of friends and family in their internal office. they never hace enough supplies or workers to complete a job, they have guys with no experience as qualified electrical workers leading jobs and working on projects. they will have you in the field away from home and be late with per diem and pay checks. They are currently in the deep red and were unable to pay their workers for at least six to eight weeks. We still have not been paid for one and half monts pay. They have contracts with Bechtel and ATT &T lost serval government contracts (Davis Mothan, FT Huachuca, Offutt AFB, Volksfield.) THese people have failed to pay numerous other contractors for sub work being done like boring and trenching companies and tool rental companies. they are currently attempting to file Chapter 11 protections to try to stay in business. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS YOU WILL LOSE. They have been sued in the past for the same types of situations. other names used Patriot, DTREDS,Viking. I am currently trying to retrieve my wages through the Federal Wage and hour department who is going to turn this company upside down for their lack of good record keeping and wage dispersement practices. They laid off atleast ten to fifteen Tower climbers without paying them, they laid off myself and twelve guys working with me without pay going back Six weeks. If you hear the names STEVE VENTO, NIEL FARRACO, PAUL CANET, JOHN GULDENSHUH, KINGSLANDE FLORVIL, TODD FLUGEE, or DTREDS RUN AWAY!!!!!!!! Most Of their workers do not have the experience in the work they are doing. Many do not have Drivers license, Osha 10 or DOT physicals. none of the workers were ANRITSU Qualified yet performed line sweeps incorrectly. This is a MOM and POP operation don't be misled by the web site .
