For years now, Duke Tubtim has been misleading young people to give up their lives inorder for him to profit. There have been countless teens that have dropped out of school and quit their jobs in false hopes of one day becoming rich.

Ripoffreport Report Image

Duke Tubtim in a 2by2.net Lamborghini

He uses his fancy cars and past stories of success to lure innocent young people into working for his company called Kaizen Marketing International. In KMI, you're pressured into making these outragous "investments" in hope one day you will see a great return on your effort. Once thousands in debt, burned out, and no where to go; Duke Tubtim will leave you behind and move onto his next victim. Leaving you bankrupt and your reputation ruined.

In closing, being a victim of Duke Tubtim and knowing countless others alike I would like to warn the public of his fraudulent misrepresentation of business practices. You can be successful in network marketing without selling your life to Duke Tubtim. In KMI, Duke Tubtim wins.. you lose.

So simple minded? Look in the mirror. One finger points at Duke Tubtim. The others point back at you. Call 1-800-954-7200 and leave a message for Duke to call you. You can bet that he will... and you'll know him for the first time. Go Duke! Respectfully, Terri Hamel Estes (USANA distributor who has no financial connection to The Duke, but benefits indirectly because a young man of this stature is a blessing to our industry...)

USANA Receives Multiple Awards

Sometimes bad publicity is better than no publicity at all. Duke's a lucky guy. Contact him and ask him to PROVE that USANA has received numerous awards from business and government, and he will provide you with substantial evidence of the integrity of this company. Google ANY network marketing company, and you will find "reports" of how that company is a scam. Don't take my word for it that Duke is the real deal. And ask yourself this question: Who are the losers who are making these accusations? I have personally met many extremely successful young entrepreneurs in Duke's organization. Sure, they work their asses off, but if people are looking for a pyramid scheme they're barking up the wrong tree with USANA. I have my own USANA business, and I'm not in Duke's organization. It is a pleasure for me to refer you to him, and I couldn't care less if he gets your business instead of me. People such as Duke, who single-handedly brought his family out of poverty, give this industry credibility-- and help to facilitate the success of people like me. Keep on rockin', Duke. We love ya, baby. And a special thanks to "Momma USANA" (Duke's sponsor, who donates the lion's share of her income to Cystic Fibrosis research) who supported Duke 100% so he could help others build their own dreams. The Secret is not a secret any more. Ask Tim Sales what he has to say about USANA. This company is setting the gold standard for the industry. The Ripoff Report is here to expose ripoffs, and I say, "Good on ya". USANA isn't one of them. And if Duke is supposedly destroying people's lives, why does the crowd go nuts (to his obvious embarrassment) every time he is introduced at a convention? As his own momma will tell you, Duke is a special person. Give him a call and find out for yourself. Terri Hamel Estes

duke tubtim, aaron dinh and all the other diamond directors just want you college student (which I am also) to join their little rat race. In the end your just a smalll portion of their downline peasant in helping them get even more rich, while you stay in the near bottom. They can only be so many directors in one team...It's so obviously a pyramid scheme where there can only be so many people being directors. If you happen to be one of those who are the gold directors and up..good for you. I know how the game works. Those who claim to be in the business in usana longer and who are gold/silver directors and up hold the newcomers contract and enter the new associate at times where it will ensure the director's one week closer for advancment. Tai Tran (gold-under aaron dinh) is a con-artist. He basically holds all the newcomers contracts and enters them to his own needs to balance out his legs. Shouldn't any associate be able to sign up their own referrals and hold the contract of the their downlines? People in the MLM business would don't care about other people use this method to climb to the top. As for the Kaizen method. It's a cover to lure young individuals in and brainwash their mine with bull... Although tai tran is under aaron dinh I can tell aaron dinh is a down to earth kind of guy but those under him are questionable but in a sense aaron dinh is using people such as tai tran to do the dirty work for him. One final word on the this whole MLM in usana. DO NOT JOIN UNDER THIS SO CALLED TEAMS. YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO A RAT RACE THAT YOU WILL MOST LIKELY NOT WIN. If you are going to join, join from the internet and promote your own team. They say it's your own business when you join under them, but your really just working for them under their control. You don't even have the chance to sigh associates up, how is that even your own business? Think about it. WORKING YOURSELF OR WORKING TO GET THEM RICH PEOPLE. Tai Tran entered my into the system a week after I told him that I had to quit for financial problems. Is that professionalism or plain selfish because he wants to climb to ruby director faster. Be smart and join under a 10 or 11 star diamond director online and promote your business from there. Don't let Duke Tubtim and other lying individuals use you like a peasant.

In his recent company USANA he is STILL at the moment a "2 star Diamond Dir." for so Long which means his not making big residuals to go to the Next "Level" the fact is he stepped on many people to GET WHERE his at and did many Wrong things which is not for me to say. His "Kaizen" or aka REAL training with him is a CULT! because of the nature he puts into his "ORG" meetings and it is true that people drop out of college and in highschool to pursuit DUKES "Business", be glad that your a fortunate one that wasn't manipulated into dropping out. -SCAM? no you get Scammed by people like DUKE! -as his "Downline aka people joining increases they are FOOLED (I didn't feel this way until time pasted and you get to see what DUKE and what the people he works for does to the people that work for him) -Everything is based on HYPE! Cars, $ and Luxury objects such as ferragamo belts and shoes etc. Trying to hype people who can't afford it right now try and pump them to do the "BUSINESS" I recently met DUKE and his Higher Ranked people and they all have one thing in COMMON! THERE SHARKS that will step on anyone to get that $! I REPEAT ..ANIMALS I'm Telling what's happening and people are blind at first, but once you get into it you will SEE! No Doubt there's a few people Duke has Helped because he has invested interest in those that will make his business and self make more $! *MANY illegal things that go on into all businesses including this one.* I am a YOUNG BLOOD WHO RECENTLY GOT OUT OF HS and am in COLLEGE and have learned from this Unusual experience. Have a Good One! =) and learn from other's experience! if not learn from your OWN..

I've met Duke a couple times and people on his team. They are professional and so is he. I found him to be personable, reachable and informative and even helpful even though I'm not directly on his team and even though he has no financial stake in my business. Everyone has the same opportunity but only if they take the time to do the work required. Networking is a business and as any business if you don't do any work, you don't get paid and when people with an employee mentality don't get paid for the nothing that they are used to doing, they get mad and complain a lot. I know, I'm an owner and manager of a small business, my own law office, and have been for the last 10 years.

Everything about this post amazes me. Frankly, after all this time that passed it shows that there is no validity to this post. No one is ANY bit concerned about this post, but I will share my views about the other end. I have worked alongside with Duke and several other leaders for a year, and Duke is an essential figure to my success as well as so many others and I'd like to take the time to clear up any misconceptions that this post may have stimulated. I have established a professional and personal relationship where I have approached him for advice. Duke has a genuine heart and good intentions for the well being of others. He was able to assist me in many challenging circumstances and substantial decisions. As for Duke's past and what others may say, it doesn't necessarily concern me and I think people should be respected for who they are today. On top of it all, I was fortunate enough that Duke took the time to aid me despite the fact that he didn't benefit financially from it. Now, Duke has never advised me or anyone to leave school or quit my job. In fact, he encouraged me himself to stay in school to further my education. My friends and I still attend college full time and make a consistent income through proper management of my resources. My parents also support me in the business because they love the company's products and eventually they ended up doing the business with me too. Any smart person familiar with network marketing would realize that this field requires persistence and indubitably your OWN efforts. Becoming successful is determined by you and not Duke nor anyone else! I never sold myself to him, nor does he ask anyone to sell him/herself to him! I can't comprehend the idea that any individual can sell him/herself to anyone- it's not slavery. That doesn't exist today! He simply trains those to excel in the business morally and ethically. Being successful was dependent on one's own performance. If it wasn't for Duke's support and guidance, my friends and I wouldn't be doing as well as we are doing today. I'd like to thank Duke for his leadership and supervision.
