Dyana Lea, Mcpherson, Burkett, Routh And Marc Medrano This couple works as a team to rip off mortgage companies. They lie about the amount of leads they produce to get a draw. They pretend to work a loan pipeline that does not exsist. Cave Creek Arizona
Ms. Lea is the ring leader. All Mortgage companies beware of their scam. They pretend to have a large pipeline of loans to close when in reality they are fake and they have done no work on them. They get advances on these loans, because she cries and pretends Marc Medrano is gay and doesn't have a brain. She has to do all of the work to take care of her little boy. 12 years old and still sleeps with mama and a dollie. Oh he goes to private school and has golfing classes. Let's all cry now.
Any way they get the advances and then get so obnoxious the owners finally have to fire them. I believe she is bi-polar. If something doesn't go there way they go to bed with a migrane. She is a shopahlic and is deperate for money. All Mtg companies please beware of these to. They will disrupt your office and she will also sexually harass you. She also brings in food she cooks to make you sick. If this pair walks thru your door, please turn them down. When they leave they will call your customers to get money and claim they were never paid. What a rip off??
They also live with an aunt I think is involved in the scam. I cannot find the place she claims she works. I hope this helps others not to lose there money as we did and feel sorry for them. By the way ask Republic Residential what they did to them!!!!!!!
