shipping only E-cig vapor kit with out my permission. I recieved the kit on Thur 11/30/17. On 12/1/17 I called the customer service number 2 times, was on hold up to 14 min. each time! I again called twice on Mon. 12/4, leaving a return call request. I again called 12/5 and left 2 return call requests to no avail. I found that E-Cigs charged my bank acct m for $2.95 and $99.95 on 12/2/17. I'm on a limited income and need my money refunded. I will contact my bank to see if they can help! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM E-CIGS online, they will rip you off!
