Eagle Van Lines, Eagle Van Lines did not deliver my Persian Rug. Charlottesville Virginia
Eagle Van Lines will rip you off if you don't watch them every second. I contacted Authorized Movers to move my furniture & stuff after a divorce. They contracted it out to Eagle Van Lines who showed up 24 hours late which cost me over $200. Authorized Movers washed their hands of this after they received their money at the beginning.
Eagle Van Lines folded up my Persian carpet & put in the van. I have 3 witnesses of them loading it. They wanted to deliver it after the 10 business day guarantee. They kept saying to me "But you agreed that we were to deliver it at your convenience!?". "Yes, I said at my convenience, not yours". But I cancelled what I was supposed to do & was there to accept delivery.
They did not deliver the carpet. They never put a sticker on the carpet & other pieces. I'm out a 12X12 $10K 18 year old Persian rug.
Their bottom line was if there is no sticker on it didn't get on the Van. So if you are using Eagle Van Lines watch out. Make a list of your own & watch them every second.
