Eagles Trace (aka) MassanuttanEagles Trace (aka)Massanuttan (aka) Great Eastern Resort Corp. We have been paying for 2-3 years and haven't got to use our TIME SHARE yet!!!! Don't fall for it! Harrisburg Charlottesville Virginia
This time share company has a great sells pitch! You get a free 3 day weekend for a 90 minute presentation. Yeah right! The 90 minute presentation turns into 4 hours.
The actual grounds are very impressive and the sells people are very tuned into buying signals and all the sells tricks. By the time you get your tour of the property then you're PRESURED heavily with a to good to be true 'repo' unit that's a steal. We went on this visit, were signed up for a loan we clearly could NOT afford.
After 2-3 years of struggling to pay for fear of ruining our credit we have still NEVER gotten a vacation! Yes that's right thousands of dollars later no vacations,at that resort or any other. They forget to mention these hidden charges such as cleaning fees (which have to paid for up front, years in advance).
We have begged this company to help us by selling it for the payoff or to buy it back. To no avail there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! After all they have gotten thousands of dollars from us for nothing.
I wish I would have never went on this weekend trip.
There are ligit time share companies out there, but this is NOT one of them. DON'T BUY A TIMESHARE FROM THIS COMPANY! Don't be fooled by the promise of a all indoor water park(in construction) or excellant golfing or especially that this property can be deeded to family members after it's paid for (it's never paid for)!!
