had the unfortunate experience of working with Kay Sumner. She fancies herself as a producer. Unfortunately anyone who checks IMDB (or has actually produced movies or television programming and knows the right questions to ask) will realize, her actual producing experience is questionable and her track record is not what she claims. There isn’t anything impressive. She claims to have created and produced the hit show DOG WHISPERER. All she did was to introduce Cesar Milan (who at the time was unknown) to the actual producers. They are hart working and honest producers who had won Emmy’s and other high level awards already. They created the concept, invested money to get the show on the air and made an amazing deal with the network, which ended up airing 9 seasons. As a Thank you for making millions from that show, Kay Sumner turned around an filed a law suit against the producers claiming they defrauded her. Meanwhile there is proof that she is the one who is a fraud. Not only did she claim to run a company that was actually nonexistent, but she also spread lies in court when suing the producers, which ended up hurting them. This is how she acts with honest and hardworking producers who are the sole reason for her making millions. They had even loaned her the money to buy her house in Malibu. Such a behavior is entirely unethical and I can only warn anyone who is considering to go into business with Kay Sumner. You should think twice as life is too short for those kinds of “professionals”.when suing the producers, which ended up hurting them. This is how she acts with honest and hardworking producers who are the sole reason for her making millions. They had even loaned her the money to buy her house in Malibu. Such a behavior is entirely unethical and I can only warn anyone who is considering to go into business with Kay Sumner. You should think twice as life is too short for those kinds of “professionals”.

I have known and worked with Kay for many years and she is an honest hardworking creative individual with a vast knowledge of the film/TV business.
She has received numerous awards over the years for her work as a producer of feature film and TV series and I have never heard of any negative comments about her ethics. She is very honest and kind and cares about others. As well as being very creative she really understands business negotiation

I have worked with Kay Sumner as a researcher and find her to be extremely ethical, honest and generous.
I've noticed this in how she deals with me, and also with others in her profession. I read this report in disbelief because this has never been the behavior of the person I know so well and have observed in many situations and challenges.
I believe her character to be the opposite of that portrayed in the above report, and I advise those who read it to be careful of false representations that conceal a hidden motive.
