Eastvale Ca Eastvale California Eastvale Ca Eastvale Ca Riverside County We've been here for about 10 years. have seen many changes for sure. Houses are beautiful and schools are great. However, in last past year. the city has been getting full of people that are turning the city into a ghetto area. Starting to see gangsters and community deteriorate. Asians are running birth centers and one too many homes are being rented by multiple families at once. I love my home but I think we are going to be moving sometime soon. diversity is great but city is growing with renters, thugs, section 8, illegal maternity homes, pot homes and not a place that I care to raise my family in. The ONLY thing nice here, is perhaps a house! The people drive like idiots and the kids graffiti on everything!! Looks like Downtown LA & Moreno Valley...met their match! Check out the surrounding city’s and the cost of the houses or half of what overpriced eastvale is my advise before buying in that City do your home work be for wasting your money on real estate in Eastvale California! Definitely not a city you wanna raise a family and send your kids School thugs and Drugs!!
