This guy is a total rip-off. He place a Dyson vacuum as new on ebay as a Buy it now for $150. I purchased the vacuum on 3/23 but fail to read the delivery date was in Mid-May (1st red flag). I contacted the seller after I paid via pay pal to ask why it takes so long to ship. I get a email back with vulgar language saying I should have read it carefully. Yesterday I received 2 emails from other buyers saying that this person was rude and nasty to them as well and has never shipped their item. One of the customer paid for a Garmin GPS for $250 in February with a delivery date in March. I email the guy today with a final attempt to see if he was going to ship it, and this is what he writes:
"I simply refused to deal w/PayPal. You are protected under PayPal protection. If you did not do it allready, go a head and file a dispute. I used UPS as my carrier thank GOD, for that, because as the,sender you have the option to retrieve your packages. Once PayPal ripped me off, I pulled what packages I could. Some have paid me cash or paid by credit card. So I no longer sale on eBay, and no longer except PayPal. Sorry."

He steals your money and Paypal is forced to refund you what you paid, but he still keeps the initial pymt.
