I personaly spoke with you Dave on the phone Friday Mar. 17 2006,and I was under the impression that we have this matter closed. Is it company policy,once you get the customers money too stop all contact,surely if you get the customers information on payment for services isn't also logicaly that the time is taken too key in the customers #'s and other important info: to complete the transactions completely. It is usually customary too keep in contact with them too make sure tha they are satisfied with you service and all is going well for both ends.Word of mouth can make you or break you. Generaly a THANK YOU for your business will go along way in future dealings with the customer and could also get you more clients also. Thank you and I will be in touch.

I have been an employee of eBizCSP for over a year, and want to start this response off by saying that eBizCSP has an incredible track record for customer satisfaction.
