On September 29, 2022 eBooksOnTheRocks.com made a $89.99 Unauthorized charge on my debit card. I was able to do a Google websearch for the company name and determined it's location in GA, USA with a Phone 855-295-6295. In summary, I never visited the company's website. Nor did I ever authorize this fraudulent transaction. My next flowup occurred on October 29, 2022, when I placed two direct phone calls to the company's listed phone number 855-295-6295. However, I was unable to leave a voice message with either attempt, as message blocking was active. Next followup occured on November 22, 2022 @6:00am MST, when I called the company phone number 855-295-6295. This was my third unsuccessful attempt to request a full refund of the unauthorized transaction on 9/29/22 in the amount of amount $89.99. however, I was Unable to leave a voice message, since the company phone service option message blocking was active. In summary, with my final and last effort to contact the company eBooksOnTheRocks.com, in my opinion with my recent experience on November 22, my plan was to research and determine what next step I would follow in my process of formally reporting this company and it's fraudulent unauthorized online transaction on my account that occurred on September 29, 2022. In closing I want the full amount of $89.99 funding reversal returned to my account. Based on the company's unauthorized fraudulent online transaction. I have my proof of this transaction as documented on monthly account statement for this specific company's transaction date and exact amount and can be provided upon request.

My IP address will not be on the companies website. On September 29, 2022. eBooksOnTheRocks.com made an $89.99 Unauthorized fraudulent transaction and charged my account. I expect my full refund in the amount of $89.99 returned back to my account.
