Eby Ford Lincoln Mercury They did bodywork to my car Two days after I got my car back the paint and decals fall off Then I had to keep calling them to get my car back in It took them 6 months to fix my car Hopefully it right. Goshen Indiana
I took my car in of Feb of 2004 and had bodywork (dent taken out and painted, new decals put on) and got my car back in less than a week. Two days after getting my car back the decals started to peel and the paint came off with it!
I called there it then took them another week to get it in. They repainted it and told me I needed to wait 30 days to get the decals put on. They never called me back after 30 days. I had to call them after 40 days. Then I was told there was no car for me to use and had to wait 3wks for a car to be there to use while mine was being worked on.
I was also told there was no appt for me til this time frame was up also. Then the guy never called me back and again I had to call them. Finally with no response I called the owner of the company who took my complaint and told me he would call me back right away.
He never called me back. His assisant called me back the next day! Then finally my car has got in 5 1/2 months later.
Then they gave me a car to use that smelled of who knows what, the steering wheel was greasy and empty food bags, empty cans of pop inside. When I called the owner for the second time and told him he said he would call me right back with a answer to why this car was given to me.
I was told the only reason they were nice to me was because my boyfriend worked there as a auto tech. Treated good??? I was also talked to in a short voice and was never called back when I was told. My car is to have the decals put on tomorrow and I will up date this report as needed.
