This company does not follow their stated policies. You will be stonewalled by customer service for any dissatisfaction, requests for returns or cancellations until it is too late to return the item for a refund. By the time you wish to return the item, you will have been held up by their "customer service" long enough to make it not worth paying for shipping and restocking fees. This company is making money by making it impossible to return items or cancel orders. Their customer service reps can only process orders, not cancellations of orders. Nobody will return your call, and if your item is backordered, they do not notify you as stated in their online policies or give you the opportunity to cancel the order before it has shipped....also stated in their policies.
Not necessarily doing anything illegal, but certainly immoral. If you order from them, you'd better really want that rug.
