When my delvery time stretched into weeks after my april 4 online order.. for what was billed as "fast international shipping" I started contacting ecowhides via their chat portal.
"Charmaine" quicly told me that my order had been mislabelled by eCowhides as weighing 7 pounds, (not 13 as it was supposed to be) and had been returned to their warehouse by USPS after sitting there for a week. The box was resent on the 14th, but never reached USPS until a week later (19th) .
when I asked to have my shipping waived as a customer service gestrure for their shipping error and the delay, they flatly said no. when I asked to have this escalated to a supervisor, "John" an uncaring, disengaged guy called me to reiterate their "policy" and point out that "the package is in Canada", it should be in your state now" ( province, knucklehead, not state) and when i asked him for mreo info he became rude.
these guys are uncaring dirtbags - I still don't have my XL cowhide.. don;t buy from them.. should have supported a local company, not a scammer with a slick ecommerce website.
