This company is a complete sham. The nerve of being sent a review to fill out by he company days later after my complaint and brig without my product. (1) never received my replacement rug after i was sent wrong rug initially and which was sent back for exchange (2) my Credit card was charged full amount (3) horrible customer service which gets you absolutely no where and will never call or solve problem just brush you off with emails (4) my return exchange was received and signed for by one of their employees (Claude aattia) yet it is no where to be found apparently. This person is listed under the BBB as owner of company. Very much a scam. I will never recommend this company. I have found rip off reports of similar experiences by other customers. This company seems to be a scam and I'm sad I did not do my research prior to making my initial purchase. I am now left without my money for an expensive rug I never got. I have many documents and saved reports online to support my case. I can't believe they are allowed to be continue business online.
