On there original form they stated they could not guarantee funding as they are not the lender but upon my request they signed a form guarantee $50k worth of funding or my money back. Well we are at 6 weeks and nothing has happened. Every question I ask he avoids and gives some kind of excuse. If any one has any questions I am more than happpy to share my emails with this group. I paid by charge card so I will be doing a charge back. What I have found though is they are just a waste of time and full of excuses. Now instead of just recrediting my Credit Card they want to send me a check. That is a little fishy to me. Also they say they have been in business 20 years but the website they use was just reserved last summer and they only incorporated this year. Also if you click on past clients helped logos they are all people in the Delaware registered agent office that they use as an address.

 I found these people online to do SCN funding for me.  I was assured that it only takes 4 1/2 weeks so we started on April 9.  They first told me I would have my SCN in 2-5 days that took almost 2 weeks.  Then I was told over and over everything was on track and on schedule.  Well what I found is they did nothing with adding tradelines.   I have in writing from Robert that funding would occur 21-22 of May now today he told me I did not give him enough time to set up the file.  This was after going 2 days without responding to my emails.  I am more than willing to share my email between us with anyone who wants them, they are very good at avoiding questions you ask.  They never give you a straight answer for anything.  I beleive that this is a fraud due to the fact that they say there office is in Delaware but they operate on Pacific time also the office they have is only a registered agent.  They also used logo's of other people who reside with that registered agent as customers serviced and success stories.  They don't list names but if you google the logo it shows where there address is.  So if you trying to get funding from them I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I received my refund from my credit card company yesterday. Lucky for me I used my credit card. What a scam artist they are. I hope everyone that they scammed were fortunate enough to pay with a credit card and did a charge back on these clowns. They should be stopped ASAP!!!!

Bottom line is if you promise to produce a complete SCN with funding and you can't even produce a completed SCN to even begin the funding that shows you don't know what you're doing!!! 

It becomes a scam when you're taking money from multiple "clients" and giving them all the same stories and lies about funding dates that never happen AND then stop communicating. Of course we're going to chargeback what we pay. If you're taking money and not producing the service you say you will in the timeframe you provide then that's stealing people's money!!!! Get real Robert or whoever you are defending ecreditplanet!!!!

You guys are a joke really.  Your complaining on one hand and then admitting on the other you got your scn and some of your lines have posted.  I would almost bet your full of crap.  If you did a hard pull using the addresses provided you would see all of your lines there.  For all you idiots out there and hopefully new customers are smart and read this.  A SCAM ARTIST TAKES YOUR MONEY PROVIDES NOTHING AND DISAPPEARS WITH YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING.  THAT WHAT A SCAM ARTISTS DOES.  SOUND TO ME LIKE THERE BUSTING THERE REAR TO HELP YOU GUYS.  Most companies out there I agree are 100% scam artist.  But I know 100% for a fact just my lending alone on his scn files has exceeded over 100k.  However smart people who wrote these report makes you sound as ignorant as the report your wrote.  Now go back and read what you wrote because if you do make sure your looking in the mirror when you read it.  Then ask yourself the simple question.  I really wrote this.  Robert and Anthony has busted there tales to help there clients to the best they can.  THERE NOT BANKS THEY CAN ONLY GIVE YOU INFORMATION ON PAST EXPERIENCES WITHIN LENDING.  HOWEVER LENDING CHANGES DAILY SMART PEOPLE.  But while you guys are doing charge backs and requesting money back on services rendered I hope and pray there smart enough to merge the files they gave you so there useless.  Matter of fact robert and Anthony I will gladly show you how to do that cause don't think for one minute these people aren't going out and getting credit cards or a new car whatever on there new credit profile and for free since they did a charge back. NOW WHOS  GETTING SCAMMED NOW.  SOUND LIKE ITS ECREDITPLANET.  AGAIN GUYS DONT LET THESE PEOPLE PUSH YOU AROUND EVERYONE ONE HERE COMPLAINING AND DOING CHARGE BACKS SEND ME THERE NAMES I WILL CALL YOU IN THE AM AND I WILL MERGE THERE FILE.  THERE NO SENSE IN THAT.  SOMETIMES PEOPLE ARE JUST SORRY PEOPLE WITHIN NO SENSE.

I signed up and paid on March 24, 2014 and Robert immediately called me to get my card number to get me signed up. After I paid he told me that the SCN would be provided to me within 2-3 days. Well, it took almost 2 weeks to get the first SCN. Then when I told him that I checked the SCN and it came back invalid he told m that they had another one for me that was good. Finally, I got the SCN April 7th. He told me that it would be around 05/16 till the file is completed. On may 16th, NOTHING!!! I emailed him and he said that it would be longer. On may 21, two tradelines showed up on Experian and Transunion. NOTHING on equifax. The first tradeline was a month old...opened in April 2014 and the second one was about a year old. I don't know about anyone else who has tried getting funding from any financial institution but tradelines that fresh don't do much in funding. (This should have been my red flag that either this guy didn't know what he was doing or was a scam artist). I emailed him and the responses to my email started getting far and between from him. When he finally emailed me back he said that he had submitted my file to a few lenders and it would take 2-5 business days. THAT WAS ON 06/11/2014. As of today, NO CONTACT from him and no funding. I called my bank and did a charge back on the money I paid this joker. Stay away from ecreditplanet.com or ECP or whatever they go by next. Either they are a SCAM or they don't know what they're doing.

I am a client of yours and have been going through the same crap with you. You never can give a real answer on the progress of the service you offer. You have thousands of dollars of clients that paid you for a service that you swear up and down that you can get done. Lets just cut the bullshit here and just be straight up with us on what is going on. If you can not get funding on the corps then tell us and refund our money. You lie all the time about how long this takes to get done. If you guys are new at this then let us know. If you have issues with your process let us know. Keep us in the loop. Instead you dont answer your phone, dont answer emails. You have not done anything in the time frame that you promised. So do your clients a favor by being up front with them and letting them know if you can or cant get this done. Instead of leaving us hanging with all the BS about next week, next week, blah blah blah. Its a waste of our time and our money if you can not get your end of the deal done. This is not a 100 dollar service we paid you to do. This is cost us thousands of dollars. 

And to anyone that has used there service and paid with a credit card you have 6 months to chargeback the fees according to my bank. I am going to wait for about another week before I am going to chargeback my fees I have paid unless I get results or Robert mans up and lets us know with up to date progress of what is going on.

I was told that since we have 45 days, it is fair to wait until then.  My chargeback timeframe is 60 days, so I will have a nice cushion.

I am working through a broker who brought me to their company. So, I won't circumvent him and I trust what he is telling me.  He also says that after 45 days, go ahead and call the office and try to speak directly with the main sales guy Robert.

According to the broker, they aren't scam artists, but they haven't been able to perform as well as they had in the past.  This may have something to do with putting so many people through and buring out their sources.  Who knows?  This is conjecture at this point.

I will wait it out for another week or so and I am pulling the plug.  Did you successfully charge back? I am not sure if emails are allowed on here, but if it is, please email me (((email redacted)))

I wouldn't wait by the mailbox for funding.  I don't think they are trying to rip you off.  I just don't think they can really get funding like they thought.   I was told many lies and at the last minute they told me they couldn't do anything and of course tried to blame it on me and would never respond to the lies I had in emails from them.   They never answer question with a straight answer.  It is a very young company that only incorporated this year and the website was reserved less that a year ago.  In all honesty I don't think you will be funded and is waste of your time.  They screwed me around for 55 days and still nothing not even one tradeline on my report.   They then told me it takes 60 days to get the tradelines to post then another 2-3 weeks for all the funding.  I would confirm your chargeback timeline and watch it closely.   They are trying to come off as larger company than they are.  They told me they had 3 offices but one is just a registered agent office in Delaware and I happen to own a company in San Diego  and offered to come by there office and they would not give me an address.   I think they have good intentions but just can't preform and they have a sales person with a major lying problem.   The boss or what ever just tries to put out fires I think.   He told me he couldn't get funding because I posted a ripoff report after catching them in a bunch of lies.   So your going to get excuses and I asked to speak with someone who has received funding and of course they would not provide that.  Send me your emails and I will forward you the lies I was told.

Hello John,

I also paid for this service and I am awaiting results.  I am halfway through, but I don't like what I see as the process goes on.  I thought I was being paranoid, but after reading your comments, I wonder if I was scammed.  The contract says 45 day waiting period, and 100% refund after 60 days.  I personally hope that it doesn't even come to that.  Chargebacks are a headache and I just rather they come through.

The reason I am paranoid is because I find many inconsistencies and ambiguities.  Maybe I just expect a certain level of service, but I feel that this is unacceptable.  I expected more transparency.

Maybe ECP will come through.  But, can you please update me/us on your progress?  You were a few weeks ahead of me, so at least I can use your experience to formulate a refund plan of my own.

John, We dont understand, we just spoke to you about this on thursday, we offered to return your money and you said you wanted to wait. Are you someone that just like to complain to complain! How can we be a ripoff, when we offered to pay you back? If you don't want our service just let us know, we have Never ripped off anyone!!! So please stop with the false Accusation.
