I bought a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe for $321 per month payments. I originally wanted leather seats but the dealer didn't have any at the time. I was called after two months and asked to come in. I was offered a 2013 Santa Fe with leather seats if I would redo the contract to payments of $471 per month. I was told I would only have to make two payments then they could redo the contract to the original payments and a car with leather seats. After making the two payments I went in to the dealer, both employees I had dealt with had left the company, only one remained, the finance manager Sami Nael, he knew of the details. I presented him with the original contract and the new contract, he claimed he knew nothing of it?? Why in the world would I voluntarily agree to pay that much more for the same car? I knew at that moment I had been baited and switched! You would think a reputal dealership would never purposely rip off a service connected 100% disabled Veteran on a fixed income, but that's exactly what they did. Mr Nael tried to keep my copy of the original contract but I insisted and he gave it back to me laughing. What a rude individual representing a supposedly honest dealership! I have no doubt this is standard practice to obtain a phoney and unearned bonus! This is truly a rip-off! I also lost my trade in value (PT Crusier) along with my down payment! William Stone

I recieved a call from General Mgr David Patel and he asked me to come in and speak with him this morning. He listened to everything I had been through and went back step by step explaining everything that had happened in very clear terms. He also apologised that a previous sales person had not taken the time to do that.

Bottom line, there was no bait and switch and no fraud whatsoever! He also gave me a great deal on a newer car which I'm in love with! I am now very satisfied with Edmond Hyundai and would reccommend them to family and friends, Mr Patel made it a fantastic experience. They now have a customer for life! Everyone, from salespeople to finance was very professional and straight forward, thank you Edmond Hyundai!
