Eduardo J.V Libatique - IT Business Solutions tax evasion has not paid his employees, embezzlement (near Makati Cinema Square Next To Avon) Makati Philippines Internet
The said individual Eduardo J.V Libatique referred to as Dodgie. Has committed several crimes against his employees, the state, and the company.
1. he has not paid over 30 employees wages for the past 3 months. The downside is that Dodgie may have some influence in his province Pangasinan which is why most of the employees are hesitant to report him.He plans to run for office in Pangasinan.
2. he does not pay taxes for any of the employees his wife, the former Sarah Reyes included. SSS, SEC, Medicare etc. remain unpaid for over 100 employees from February of 2005 until this date September.
3. I have seen record however am having difficulty getting a copy, that he recives funding from our the employer in the U.S (SPViral) and is signing it as recieved by all the other employees. (Myself included) However these funds are not being distributed
Just to note I have a suspicion that he has purchased an airline ticket recently for the U.S.
Please WATCH OUT for this man!!!

This is in response to Miss Allison Conde's comment about my person and dealings with Spviral Inc. Let it be known that I myself fell victim to a transaction by a Mr. David Guo of Spviral. All that was mentioned in her e-mail was more of the consequence of a misdealing made by Mr. Guo to my outfit Basic IT Solutions. I am already making moves to recover what ever lost business and reputation because of this dealing. I will not dwell further into this because friendships are at stake. With reference, to Miss Conde (Allison) she has been paid in full with reference to backwages. We pursued a settlement with her soon as the National Labor Relations-DOLE represented her demand. We have nothing against Miss Conde but to this date most of the employees claims have been settle. In fact I maintain close ties with majority of the people who were my former employees. This is for the internet public to know.
